My stay was very lovely in the winter time. This hotel was set in a central area short walk to attractions & shops. Lucky that it was not too far from Taqueria Jimenez, offering food to go. Loved my queen room with toiletries.

The staff were great. The communal bar area was a highlight, with cozy seating by the fire and tasty snacks to enjoy. The lack of basic amenities, such as a coffee pot in the room and no instructions for using the TV or HVAC were great. Guests above could be quite noisy at night, impacting the overall experience.

great amenities but some mixed experiences
The facilities for preparing our own meals. The daily happy hour and free s'mores by the fire pits were a good touch that our family enjoyed each evening.
Some amenities felt slightly outdated, which affected the overall experience.

I had an awesome time lounging by the outdoor fire while sipping my free morning coffee and enjoying their delicious s'mores kit. The heated pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring. I loved the cozy sun terrace for relaxing. The only downside was the room lighting, which felt a bit dim, but it didn’t take away from my great experience overall. 😊

Cozy getaway near the beach!
We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed how close it was to Heavenly Village and the lake! The room was simple but comfy, and the fridge was a nice touch. Only issue was the TV didn't work right. The smores kit was fun to use at the fireplace! Great vibes overall.

Just a reliable pick for a weekend break in South Lake Tahoe with great value for the money. The fire pit and jacuzzi were nice touches. Keep in mind that s'mores end early at 9 PM, so plan ahead.
